A dynamic, flowing sequence of yoga poses designed to maximize your strength, balance and coordination - in an 80-85 degree room for warmer muscles. Power flow yoga can be modified to suit any fitness level, but it IS meant to challenge us!

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga is a series of primarily standing poses done at a mindful pace - building balance, strength, and mental resilience in a 95-100 degree infrared heated room.

 

The heat, and the inner steadiness we build here can make this feel like a moving meditation. The heat allows the body to improve circulation and flexibility, and to sweat out toxins - refreshing our system, and clearing our mind.

 

Great for beginners, and those who crave the heat in their yoga routine!

YIN YOGA

Moving toward stillness, a yin yoga practice guides us into longer holds and peaceful poses. The room is a comfy 80-85 degrees to keep fingers and toes feeling toasty.


Increasing muscle flexibility will relieve stress on joints and ligaments, while focused, deep breathing will oxygenate, purify, and calm.


Yin yoga practice is proven to help the body recover from workouts more quickly, to make your next workout even more effective.


It also can help us go deeper than the surface, into the limitless ocean that we are.


Great for recovery days, or when you just need some yoga zen.

BARRE FUSION

Barre is a system of low-impact exercises to build strength and stability, mostly using a wall-mounted ballet bar. We build structural integrity with supported ballet-inspired movements, light weights, and isolated holds.


Barre sculpts and balances us - transforming your posture, and your confidence level.


Here, we blend yoga and barre, to maximize core power.

Learning is optimized when there’s a sense of play, and this yoga class encourages that!


Freeing movement, yoga partner poses, with stories and laughter woven throughout; makes for an enlightening experience where kids and adults can learn and grow together in their yoga practice.


This class is not about perfection, but about exploration, creativity, and practicing joyfulness.


Great for kids 8+ years old, and parents looking for a non-competitive, lighthearted physical activity. Unheated yoga class, but lots of warmth in our hearts.

YOGA SCULPT

Our Yoga Sculpt class happens in an 80-85 degree infrared heated room.


We use traditional yoga poses combined with hand weights, to build coordination, strength, confidence, and grace under pressure. All levels welcome and encouraged - we can modify this yoga class to fit any yoga practitioner.


Slow and steady, this class embodies the Yoga Sutra 'sthiram sukham asanam', which means 'let your yoga practice be steady and sweet'!


Our muscles may be pushed to shaking on the outside... but, the yoga practice is to keep your mind steady on the INSIDE.


Yoga Sculpt is a place for sweat, strength, and serenity.


Great for those looking to get toned and stronger in a mindful setting.

BREATH + MEDITATION

The breath, is the bridge from the body to the mind.


Learn breathing techniques to slow down our heartbeat, to lower blood pressure, effectively oxygenate the body, and soothe our nervous system into a place of lucid calm.


Guided meditation will give your mind a peaceful path to follow, then we make space for silence, and stillness.
