Christine has been a career teacher for over 25 years. She’s been an avid student of yoga all along the way; studying under great names like Seane Corne, Beryl Bender Birch, Bryan Kest, Rod Stryker, John Friend, Dharma Mittra, Andrey Lappa, the founder of Universal Yoga that has taken Asia by storm… and the fun-loving Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti NYC. Beyond the physical, she studies and practices an array of meditation, mantra, breathing techniques, and chakra work – and loves to share this knowledge with others. She continues to learn under Andrey, who was a direct student of B.K.S. Iyengar – the author of Light On Yoga, which has inspired so many.
